LEADER
Deep in my heart I had a feeling
A feeling to become Leader
I found out the following way
The path of success is good attitude
Good attitude creates altitude where
Positive thinking becomes the ladder and Knowledge
Becomes the steps in the ladder
I know patience makes a man to learn
To be patient, I need to remember
For every one minute of anger,
I lose 60 seconds of happiness
I remember my father saying you are three
What you think, what others think, what you really are
To reach the lotus, I feel I need to remove the bees
Want, greed, jealousy, ego, pride and negative thinking
Only then spirit of life, way of life and moral life can be experienced
To have the above drink the ocean, climb the mountains and enjoy
The fishes, trees and plants
Finally I felt to become a leader,
I should Start the day with plan, f
ill the day with purpose and
end the day with passion

RIPE and RIPE’s Executive Director was chosen for this award by All India Achievers foundation for our sustainable contribution in the field of HR and Youth Development. Our Director received this award on May 22, 2010 at “India Habitat Center “Lodhi Road, New Delhi
Mr. B.N. Singh, Former Governor of Tamilnadu, Mr. B.P.Singh, Governor of Sikkim, Mr.Joginder Singh, Former Director, CBI, Mr. Jayesh Mehta, Industrialist and representatives from Embassy of Poland, Embassy of Philippines were the dignitaries present during the function
This award is given for our outstanding contribution in the field of HR and Training. RIPE has been the pioneer in imparting value based training at levels. One of the very few companies to receive an ISO certification for design, development and implementation of soft skills, for Corporate, Institutions and Individuals at all levels.
Mr. V.Vijay Anand Sriram, one of the most well known trainer and master in the field of combining ancient wisdom and modern management principles from Chennai, is transforming many lives towards success path through his training programmes for more than a decade. By training more than 1 lakh participants from various walk of life ranging from corporate managers, business leaders, executives, students and individuals , Mr. Sriram, is instrumental in making many people successful and has transformed individuals to lead a value based life through his mind boggling programmes.

Happy New Year
Lying on top of the world, I thought about this New Year
Following words filled my papers as resolutions for this wonderful Year
Believe in yourself your thoughts words and deeds will make a difference
Allow your mind to think, it will help you arrive at successful concurrence
Do not lie idle; it will kill your patience
Repeat all the good things it will increase your performance
Bend down to learn from any one, it will kill your arrogance
Smile at every one, this will give your stranger a good reference
Never allow your ego to dominate you; it will kill your minds Sustenance
Keep yourself fit; it will help you to gain confidence
Do not shift your job or career often; this will prove your ignorance
Become inevitable to your organisation, it will increase your reverence
Never let this year go like previous year , it will kill your elegance
Make this New Year your Year; it will increase your prudence
Beaware that you can make a big Difference
